Work Package 9
Evaluation

Work Package Lead: Kronikgune

WP9 will develop an evaluation strategy based on mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative assessment) and perform the outcome and the impact assessment of the intervention. The WP will also evaluate the clinical predictive rules of the ADLIFE model and will estimate the economic impact and long-term prediction by modelization techniques.

Objectives

  • To develop an evaluation strategy

  • To coordinate the evaluation process

  • To ensure data collection across all pilot sites

  • To analyze the results

  • To estimate the economic impact

Activities and timelines

Develop the evaluation framework and planning: Provide the detailed methodological operationalization for the project regarding the objectives of the evaluation (main and secondary variables), final indicators based on the list already produced, and evaluation and analysis design.

Timeline: Jan 21 - June 22

Evaluate outcomes at different time-points lead: Follow up the method defined to assess the intervention group and control group. A mixed evaluation strategy will be performed combining quantitative and qualitative analysis depending on the studied outcome.

Timeline: Jan 22 - June 24

Estimate the economic impact and long term prediction: Construct the economic models of the impact of the technology and collect data from different sources including an evaluation of the pilot operation of the service, data logs of IT systems, fact finding interviews and other primary and secondary sources

Timeline: Dec 21 - June 24
