Objectives
The main objectives of WP8 are:
To engage all stakeholders (patients, families, formal caregivers, healthcare professionals, social workers, volunteers...)
To prepare and set up all materials and technical resources required for the intervention
To deploy the intervention focused on early detection of supportive care needs and personalized supportive care delivery
To ensure consistent and effective deployment of the intervention by early detection of difficulties or deviations and a prompt adjustment and solution.
