Anne Swoboda

Health Care Manager

Anne, M.Sc. Therapy Research and Health Care Science, works as a health care manager at Gesunder Werra-Meißner-Kreis Ltd. (GWMK) since July 2021.

She is a trained logopedic therapist (B.Sc) and worked in the job for several years. The job experiences are still important for her daily work.

Anne’s main tasks at GWMK are public health promotion, building up the network of professionals and organization of an interprofessional quality circle.

Before joining the health care management team, she wrote her masters thesis within the ADLIFE project. She assessed the needs of heart failure patients in the region Werra-Meißner-Kreis (WMK) and developed an improved patient pathway.

In ADLIFE she will use her fresh theoretical insight and her regional network of professionals to design and establish an innovative health management solution based on the ADLIFE tool box, combined with the GWMK network possibilities.
