WP Lead: AMCA

The main objectives of WP8 are:

• To engage all stakeholders (patients, families, formal caregivers, healthcare professionals, social workers, volunteers...)

• To prepare and set up all materials and technical resources required for the intervention

• To deploy the intervention focused on early detection of supportive care needs and personalized supportive care delivery

• To ensure consistent and effective deployment of the intervention by early detection of difficulties or deviations and a prompt adjustment and solution.
