Dr Helen Muir has 15 years of working in Higher Education managing departments, and leading on the development and management of multi-million pound research portfolios, and university-wide and departmental strategies, systems and processes. Her doctorate investigated factors influencing the higher incidence of pedestrian road traffic casualties in the most socio-economically deprived areas.
