Gökçe Banu Laleci Ertürkmen

Gökçe has received her BSc, MSc, PhD from the Computer Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University. She has finalized her PhD study on Intelligent Healthcare Monitoring Systems based on Semantically Enriched Clinical Guidelines in June 2008. She has coordinated ICT-287800 SALUS project, which addresses standards based semantic interoperability in pharmacovigilance domain. She has worked as the principal researcher in many IST and ICT projects, including 689181-C3-Cloud, IST-027074-STP SAPHIRE, ICT-213031 iSURF, ICT-248240 iCARDEA, and as a researcher in many others. She has acted as the technical co-chair of IHE QRPH domain between 2013-2015, which is a standardization initiative in the field of quality reporting and public health domain. She has acted as adjunct lecturer for teaching  “Electronic Health Records: Representation, Standards and Coding” in the Medical Informatics Graduate Program of the Middle East Technical University.  

Gökçe will lead WP4 and will be strongly involved in WP3 and WP5 activities.
