Arkaitz Cámara Etxebarria
Project Manager
Arkaitz is a project manager at NTT Data, specialized in the Health and Innovation areas. He got his Computer Engineer degree at Deusto University (www.deusto.es), holds a PMP certification and he has a Java Programmer certification. He speaks Basque and Spanish as mother languages, English fluently (B2 certificate) and a little bit of French.
For more than 15 years, he has been working on ICT health projects for different companies and for different healthcare providers (private or public). Since 2011 he has worked managing health-related projects and in 2017 he became responsible of the health-innovation area at Everis in the Basque Country.
Some of the relevant projects where he has participated are eOsabide (Electronic Health Record for Osakidetza - Basque Public Healthcare provider), PVS (Prescription of Healthy Lifestyle) and Improvement of the User Experience in the emergency area in hospitals. In the last few years, he has also been responsible for SRT Project (Smart Remote Treatment), working with a distributed team set in different cities (Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Zaragoza or Tokyo), sharing diverse cultures (Japanese and Spanish), with different time zones or speaking different languages (Spanish, Basque, English and Japanese) and in collaboration with Tecnalia and with Osakidetza (Public Health Provider in the Basque Country).
In ADLIFE, as the project manager in NTT Data, he is responsible for handling every NTT Data-management issue in the project, such as coordinating the development team, providing all necessary elements to achieve the goals of the project, and verifying the quality of the products associated with the project life cycle.
