Matt Hicky

CEO of the Health Value Alliance

Matt is a Senior Medical Radiation Therapist, board-level director, and CEO of the Health Value Alliance, a high social impact company using AI-based approaches to standardised performance assessment in cancer care delivery and funding. Matt is also Co-Chair of All.Can International (NGO) Research and Evidence Working Group and is Visiting Lecturer and Mentor at the Université Paris Cité School of Medicine, Value Based Healthcare Graduate Programme. Over the last 10 years, Matt has also been researching and implementing AI-supported predictive modeling of cancer therapy-induced late effects and the design of diagnostic and predictive PROMs and PREMs. Prior to HVA, Matt was Head of Cancer for AXA Health UK, International Director of Health Economics and Clinical Strategy for GenesisCare UK, and Cancer Healthcare Manager for BUPA Health Insurance UK.
