Over 20 years of experience both in research and in management of large international multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. European citizen with professional experience in Switzerland, The Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.   

PhD in telecom/biomedical engineering. In 2022 appointed (Board) Director of Innovation and 2023 Chief Growth Officer at EIT Health, the largest innovation private partnership for Innovation in Health in Europe. She also acted from 2019 to 2023 as CEO of EIT Health Spain and board member of EIT Health.

She has held representation positions in industrial organisations, standardisation committees, expert forums and innovation programs like COCIR, CEN, ITU and the EC.

Elected as one of the 100 women leaders in Spain (Las Top 100), woman with excellent STEM career, and one of the HIMSS global leaders in digital health (Future 50).
