MD internal medicine specialist, member of the ADLIFE clinical reference group

Beñat Zubeltuzu obtained an MD at the University of the Basque Country and a specialist degree in Internal medicine. He is an experienced clinician in acute hospital care, palliative care and the outpatient clinic with special focus in the complex chronic patients. Since 2011 he has been involved in Chronic care pathway for people with heart failure and COPD which was extended to people with dependency, nursing home residents and end organ palliative care, granted with the “Quality Innovation Award” in 2019. From 2022 he has been actively involved in the clinical reference group of the ADLIFE project..
