Angel Moro Delgado holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineer from the University of the Basque Country (2005). He has worked as a Healthcare Specialist (PACS and RIS integration profile, DICOM and HL7) for almost 15 years for the Basque health system-Osakidetza. He joined Biosistemak in 2023.
